These strings feature the traditional warm and rounded Gut sound; projection is good, and tuning stability is superior when compared to other traditional Gut strings. The alternative Steel A provides a fuller sound.
The standard A has a Gut core wound in Aluminum; the D and the G are wound in Silver; the C is wound in Tungsten.
