The Chorda strings are ideal for baroque music; their tone is warm and soft, and the low tension make them very comfortable for the left hand. E, A, and D are made in pure Gut, while the G exists in both Chordaflex (pure twisted gut) and Silver plated.
These strings are designed for 440 tuning; for 415 tuning a heavier gauge is recommended
