Troy Milleker
Restoration
Troy Milleker joined Heinl's in 1994. Head of our School Repairs Department, Troy is also a valued person in our restoration department. Troy has a strong relationship with the individuals of our Bass community, he maintains a professional career as a Bassist,and brings a players insight to his recommendations and set ups. Troy received a Masters Degree in Music Performance, from Indiana University, and has performed with such ensembles as The Toronto Symphony, Canadian Opera Company, Esprit Orchestra,Tapestry Theatre, and Array Music. A dedicated teacher, Troy has held positions at the Royal Conservatory of Music, and McMaster University. He has traveled with music throughout North America and Europe, including a recent time away in Spain, returning in 2009. Troy continues to travel each summer with his family, to Oregon where he is a resident bassist for the Britt Festival Orchestra.
